VZTUR provides AI-powered travel planning tools that help you create itineraries, compare prices, and book flights, accommodations, and activities. VZTUR acts as an intermediary platform connecting you with third-party travel providers. We do not operate airlines, hotels, or activity services directly.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through VZTUR, you enter into a contract with the relevant travel provider. Prices displayed are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for confirmed bookings, including applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellation, refund, and change policies vary by provider and are displayed at the time of booking. VZTUR is not responsible for provider cancellations, schedule changes, or service quality issues beyond our control.

5. AI-Generated Recommendations

VZTUR uses artificial intelligence to suggest itineraries and travel options. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing all recommendations and confirming details before booking. VZTUR does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Submit false booking information or engage in fraudulent transactions
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

The VZTUR name, logo, app design, and all related content are owned by VZTUR AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VZTUR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VZTUR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VZTUR IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VZTUR from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination
